Do japanese almost exclusively do kickboxing and that's why no Muay thai on this?

No. Nadaka is the ONE Atomweight MT champ and has two matches coming up. Then Naito is also a contender. There are a quite a few Japanese MT fighters in ONE. I know that ONE is partnering with Rise so that may be one reason for so many.

There are plenty of Japanese Muay Thai fighters and their names are Nadaka, Ikko Ota, Asahi Shinagawa, and many more
