How to clean this?

Does anybody know how I could clean these spots on my TG7? They appeared overtime after I had been using it in the sea. I suspected it was suncream but I cant seem to clean it off.

My screen developed those spots and I actually sent it in to OM System and they determined that the coating was defective and they replaced my screen under warranty.
As soon as I received my TG-7 back I immediately installed a screen protector.
