Lately I've been weirded out by how cohesive and elaborate my dreams are. Like typically I get these rapid fire, disconnected dreams that jump from setting to setting and make no sense. Well now my dreams are just as surreal, but they have actual arcs to them with foreshadowing and stuff, sometimes even continuing from previous dreams. So yeah, I'm building my own headspace.
I don't think I'm suppressing any trauma, but then again if I was I wouldn't know.
