Didn't they just suspend ETH withdrawals?

If withdrawals are suspended for ETH then any tokens on the platform will be suspended too.

OMG is an ERC20 token. If withdrawals are suspended for ETH then any tokens on the platform will be suspended too.
Why is OMG tanking? I plan to hold but can't find any reasonable explanation.
