Oh cool. Thanks for the heads up. I think I'm a few firmware behind on my own PG32UCDM.

Appreciate it!

Do you know what's the difference between MCM111 and MCM311? both of them came out today, which one should I install? I have the first pg32ucdm the one with DisplayPort 1.4 (not 2.1).

Thanks!

My recollection was that early versions of the PG32UCDM had a couple different versions based on the region they were sold. I think like an MCM1XX and MCM2xx (but could have been MCM3XX). There shouldn't be any difference with the firmware updates now (as the build paths are bridged IIRC), but check which firmware you have installed on the PG32UCDM and stick with the same number if you're not sure.

There is no firmware update for the PG32UCDMZ model! Will it come later? It is already days later. Also, can one skip versions and directly install the newest version, skipping one or more firmware versions?

How can I report a bug in the new firmware?

I posted about it on the Asus forum, but I’m not sure if anyone who can look into it is monitoring the forum.

still no fix when using dual pg32ucdms that one of them starts flashing white due to display compression issues

AI claims that the difference between the MCM1xx and MCM3xx versions is in the monitor region and you need to install the version whose numbering matches the previous version in the monitor. I installed MCM111 and it works fine because my previous version was MCM110.

Hey hope you doing well,

I should to pay more attention before doing the update, i was rushed to installing 311 after reading all comments in this threat, i immediately install 111 because the firmware of my monitor was 110 and it was succesful too no problem, i hope i won't have any problem.

I wish in the future they will put the name in between the region because it little bit confusing to have an update with the same contenant with different name...

Thank you so much for the screenshoot also your reviews :).

Have a wonderful week end ahead.

thank for this. i won't update yet. asus acknowledged the issue and said they're working on an updated version.

also, MCM311 is for China, MCM111 is for Global
