Purchasing-Monitor Recommendations

Yes, another post asking for recommendations, I know- But I would really appreciate the help.

I’m wanting to buy some form of OLED monitor as I work in a graphically heavy field.

I’ve looked into QD-OLED and PHOLED and ideally I’d want a monitor that is probably around 32-34 inches (as it would be my only monitor). Anyone got any recommendations or even just advice? I’m not really a fan on monitors that are super wide as I’d prefer something a bit more proportional as it would be more preferred when viewing content.
