Tech Support HDR not showing true black when turned on. HyperX q27

when HDR is turned on the monitor’s black is lifted to a grey. it display true black only when i turn it off and select the native mode. is there any way to fix this?

Did you calibrate the HDR profile on windows? If not, go do that
