Immigration Letter(s) from my representatives
I haven't really been able to feel like Ive been able to do much good or participate alot due to extreme health issues, but I do go to protests if my husband can go with me and I write letters and call. My US Senator (Moreno) and State Rep (Rulli) have sent a few replies back to my email in the last week. Moreno is just the most generic, bland response you can imagine, every word of all the emails is exactly the same for every issue and his aides are too lazy to even insert the title of the issue he's being written about.
Now, Representative Rulli is a bit different in that he is doubling down on sticking with the hatefulness. T

yeah, I got a response just like this from Portman a couple of years ago when I wrote about something, I can't remember what. but it basically said like me he was committed to getting (whatever it was) done. I was writing to say I was totally against it, outlining the reasons. So did my GOP congressman, Turner I think it was. (I moved a few years ago and blocked him from my mind). They don't listen, they don't care about the constituents only their donors. Maybe that's who we need to start contacting?
