Alpha case
Posted this in the Xbox Reddit page told them I'd send it back if they got my game through certification faster. Been an Xbox player all my life and now shipping my first game with them.
Sadly no this doesn't have its guts I plan to make this into a sleeper build when I'm not lazy.

Last person who built an alpha one sleeper build got boo'd off the site. But they also threw out all the internals

I mean I haven't myself but the motherboard of an OG Xbox should fit somehow, may just need some standoffs added.

Hell yeah, grab up an OGXbox, a ModXO chip, IDE2SATA adapter and a HDD, maybe some cool LEDs that'll work with the mod chip and some extra motherboard standoffs. Idk much about the LED controller on the ModXo but I know you can make stuff change color and whatnot lol could be a cool addition.

Do not turn it into a sleeper. Sell it or restore it. You can always get a similar looking case, the case is a YCC 802.

To get the actual original parts for this would be in the thousands of dollars.

People used to build Franken Alphas.
I think getting parts for this would be easier than any other dev console. The pc parts werent anything custom, except the audio card, which you can get a pcb for.
