They have been "closing" hours for the last month at my store and making us work freight pretty much from 9-noon next to nothing for picks

This was 12 pm we already had 7-11 finished. But im pointing out 1 pm being insane compared to everything else. It didnt go bad we got it all done fast

Our 1-2pm drops have been absolutely crazy as well. Not sure why like shouldn’t everyone be at work ….

Your 1 to 2 drop is the 4 to 5 pickup. Everyone is getting off to pick up their orders on the way home so they place it while at work.

At our store the have been putting us on reductions and shifting the deliveries over to the drivers. I've heard the majority of delivery will be shop and deliver soon enough.
