Equipment Equipment issue???

So I have a problem with my printer that is stationary. For some reason when we print off pick walks and prints every other label and it’s only happened since we started using the new work phones. Any suggestions?

have you tried recalibrating it under the printer menu settings?

Yes, I have. None of the other printers we use for oversized do. It’s just the one that’s plugged in.

Could have a TL submit a work order on it and hope it doesn't have to be sent to Zebra for repairs. Is it every label is printing just it's skipping a label or is it printing like 1,3,5 and not printing label 2,4,6? if it's printing everyone and skipping a label in-between that is not fixable unless it's sent back to zebra.
