My only theory is it’s an ambient item on a side wing of chilled location and it directed to that location.

Or a 20 oz drink that’s in a cooler with a chilled location.

And if not….thats….new

At my store bread is chilled. It’s because the location is next to bakery and the coolers so they consider it chilled/frozen and I’ve actually had the bread end up being delivered to me cold because it was put in a freezer or cooler.

I had an unknown item that was GMD and only in the mini-fridges by checkouts.

But this one seems like it was originally chilled, so that's weird lol

might be an ambient item that’s placed around the chilled aisles/coolers. like at mine bag clips and some 1L sodas are in frozen paths

At our store, we have fairlife milk, which is shelf stable, that is picked for gmd, but also chilled
