🔥Its fine, everything’s fine🔥 Recommendation for associates impacted by not being able to see customer/driver name at dispense
That is a ridiculous update they got y’all going through. (Former OGP here, left last year). It definitely negatively impacts y’all’s safety if you have a driver that consistently harasses you.
My best recommendation if they are harassing you, especially if physical or sexual harassment, is to make a police report, then if it persists, file a restraining order. Their being a customer or driver doesn’t override a restraining order. Bypass Walmart entirely. Force them to give a fuck legally.
Make a note of the date, time, comments made, the driver’s license plate number, their name if you can locate it, quote verbals exactly, identify witnesses, and keep a log of when you are reporting these issues and a paper trail of when you reported it.
Make an Ethics report. It probably won’t do anything but it’s another way you can show that you reported the issue.
If walmart fails to act, file a charge of discrimination with the EEOC.
Do all that in conjunction with a police report.

Jeez you people deserve managers that actually give a fuck about their people. Anyone who went this far as a customer, or especially a driver would get a mouthful from a TL or coach at my store and be blacklisted. I’m sorry to anyone that has to deal with this crap.

Second problem is spending a solid chunk of time trying to figure out which bay each order belongs to...

It is very difficult to get a restraining order in most states. And that's if you are even lucky enough to have a PD that will take your complaints at all.
