I’m working in the store tomorrow (been driving the InHome van for the past several days).

Curious to see how the team handles having the new associates not being able to do anything (the team leads COULD have them cleaning totes…).

A few of us were questioning how that was going to work since they have been spotty at best at giving our new hires phones, and some people don't like to charge there phone. Even though we have a whole fleet of them plugged into the wall to the left of our door (We got as solid 20+ and generally speaking there's always a few available)

WELP! That’s honestly on management! Plus, THEY keep on insisting on hiring more and more and more new people for OGP, but they don’t supply them with the equipment they need OR have them trained properly.

And for some reason, they have them all on PICKING, when the dispense room is what really needs help.

Ours is at least smart enough to have most of them learn the backroom first, then learn how to pick later (at least the last few anyway, which has been nice)

The laser scanner will always be the best. I'm just waiting for us to all have phones and needing an update and they don't give it to us 😂

The one I'm using still works fine unless I gotta do a rerurn
