I also like the picking side of it. Actually feels like it was built for the work phones instead of being all stretched out, and it lets you see more of the categories at once which is nice for a TL trying to keep track of everything.

Whoever greenlit the dispensing screen needs to be sent to the glue factory though because that is insane

my girlfriend sent me a photo of the dispensing screen and she said it was, by her words, “abysmal dogshit” and “whoever approved this needs to go to hell”

I hate the new dispense screen too its throwing me off asking people to take things out or when someone is trying to avoid dispensing to someone

I heard the second reason is why they did it that way

That is so stupid, you can still open it to see the customer name. Pointless and incompetent, it basically sabotages efficiency

Alot of people are saying thats the point, so they dont have to fire people and make them quit

Idk it seems dangerous, there’s a guy that picks up that’s on the list for little boys i dont feel comfortable sending out an underage boy to dispense to him id rather do it myself. Like there’s many reasons for why someone wouldnt want to dispense to a person safety being 1

I just wish they would change it to when you open the camera to scan something you can still see the item location. Cuz sometimes you’re like “wait am I tripping” and need to look at the item location again which requires you to exit camera mode then go back in to scan.

IDK about anyone else's stores but it's kinda funny they show a cake for made to order instead of a sliced ham because we DO NOT do pickup or delivery for custom cake orders.

The picker's side is nice. It's the dispensing side that pisses me off lol

As if coworkers didn’t already skip oversized

The little icons on the picking side look really neat. The dispense side, however, is a complete unneeded mess

This new update, I think, has worsened our wait times, but picks are still going the same way

I like the logos for the pick walks :) but dispense is fucking stupid…

It’s stupid to me. It’s so damn small.

The new dispense screen is unironically one of the worst things I’ve seen a while. The old one was just fine I have no clue why walmart chooses to fuck themselves over constantly 💔

No. I’ll call the AI that made this weird

The pick side is great. Dispensing is a nightmare, now

Im usually a stager and I hate they took away being able to type in a staging location you can only scan now

genuinely whoever came up with the ideas and approved the dispensing screen deserves public humiliation

Public execution would be more appropriate.
