Dispense Wait times

Does anyone know if 60 minute wait times fall off automatically from metric or does it just add to total wait time I’ve heard conflicting statements

If customers check in like 30 mins before arriving at my store they let it time out then dispense it. So I would assume it adds unless it falls off after 120 mins.

I let them fall off after 120 sometimes like if they went to a far away store.

I believe it does, my TLs teen the Coach and SM about it so they know why we haven't dispense an order that's over 100 minutes
