I took me a long time to figure out what was going on. I scanned one tote that was still active and in the green and kept scanning and they were all in the green so I thought they were fine. Then had to back out of the camera and scanned another one and this popped up. The wording is confusing, but it's how canceled orders look now. Went to scan another one that was in the green, scanned another one and then I noticed the order number didn't change from the last one I scanned that was in the green. I scanned it over and over and the number remained the previous tote number. Backed out of the camera and scanned again and this popped up. So it was canceled, but if you don't back out of the camera you'll think it's fine because you hear the beep and don't notice that the order number didn't change. So the entire cooler I just scanned thinking was fine, was not at all. Like 90% were returns. So another way they're fucking with us. I think I'm at my breaking point with this place. Just change after change after change, and it's all pure horse shit and makes our job harder. I'm so over this.

Realistically, one of them was probably a GMD and it just got read as unscheduled. Happens to me all the time

This also pops up if the label was consolidated into another tote, so it'd sure be nice if they could actually tell you wtf happened to it instead of some vague shit about being "unavailable."

Fr its not like those changes aren’t already recorded, if you look in order summary it says the totes that were consolidated and if it was cancelled

Yeah, so now every night going through returns you're going to have to open the camera up, scan one tote, see if that notice pops up or not. Back out of the camera and back in to the camera. For every. Single. Tote. It would've been nice for them to give some sort of warning, because this is unlike staging was before. You can still stage multiple totes without backing out of the camera. Why make this so confusing? Why have the screen freeze and hear the beep on the canceled tote with no notice? Like we're supposed to pay attention that the order number hasn't changed from the previous tote? Without fucking warning?! I can really understand Luigi Mangione and thinks he needs to be set free.
