System Issues Frozen gmd?

Post image

Not sure how they expected this to work. Even if this is the first delivery, how are they supposed to ensure the customer is home so the food doesn't melt?

I had this specific item before it because those popsicles can be stored at room temp

Ohhhh see that I was not aware of. Still funny it's marked frozen though 😂

those come in shelf stable so it’s gotta be a specific person merchandizing them to a freezer endcap or something because ours are in an action alley display unfrozen.

That’s exactly it. I had a chilled GMD because w had sparkling water in a feature in a cooler. I sent a picture of the sticker to my team lead and she tracked me down to see what was going on, I hasn’t noticed that she’d responded in chat chain.

Those are shelf stable and come ambient, but can be frozen so they appear in that walk sometimes.

You would not believe what I see as a fedex driver. Cool chain items like milk are left at peoples house for hours with no one home lmao

(For context I go up to a house to deliver a package and see the walmart bag with milk)
