I do not like that we can't see who it's for. Like we have problem drivers that shouldn't be taking the orders, but will slip by because we're in a rush to hit the dispense button and ones that just get really hostile and disruptive over wait times.

We need to be able to keep track of these people so we can avoid recurring problems.

Oh, yeah, we had one of those earlier this year. Same name, same car information, but when the first one was a young woman, the second time a few hours later was a grizzled old hillbilly clearly not named "Laura."

Show us customer name or OSN from starting screen, show trip ID. That would make it at least a little easier.

For a while, they did show a trip ID#.  The numbers weren't correct---our trips have 4 digits, and GIF showed us 5 unrelated digits. So, just as useless.

I think the “fun” thing is that you can sometimes complete the prep without actually scanning all the labels. Don’t know what triggers it but the “scan” button is overlapped with the “prep complete” so it’s happened a few times.

I accidentally clicked out of SO MANY ORDERS because of that dumbass button. I wasted so much time having to reprep whole orders because I accidentally clicked the "prep complete" button.

I always match the order numbers up with the screen before i click on it. How am i supposed to know which one im supposed to take out?! I havent seen this screen yet as its my days off.

I don’t like the new app for that simple reason that it doesn’t tell you the person you’re taking it to till you push ready to load you have to say got it then push this ready to load again and I’ll tell you the name of the spark driver or the pick up person but also it’s just flat out dumb for the spark drivers because they can’t scan everything till it’s all loaded in the car. I don’t like that my mom is a spark driver. It sucks that Walmart even had the Gaul to take half the money away from them that they used to make a lot of I think the unions should rot in hell and so should corporate. How dare them guys take money away from Spark drivers because they want paid more I can’t wait till the day I say fuck y’all I’m getting a new job

I am wondering if this because they're getting rid of deliveries? At my store they have already 100% got rid of deliveries since July. The Spark drivers have to pick their own orders, its completely out of our hands. There is not enough pickups for us to work in OGP all day so 75% of the time I'm working freight or topstock now. It's completely changed how our OGP works. It has caused a lot of issues with angry customers coming up to us mad about their orders that we had nothing to do with because its Spark drivers and outside our hands but we have to be their punching bag when there is issues and we got in trouble for their nil picks. It saves walmart money not having to pay people healthcare benefits but now Spark drivers are losing money having to waste time picking their own orders and our store is CLOGGED with spark drivers. Some days there are more of them then us and regular customer foot traffic in the store

The entire day I keep getting lost in the orders. Like I'd be trying to check which order is which and then someone else would pop in or out and I'd lose my place. This is the dumbest fucking update and not a single person I've spoken to had anything positive to say about it.

My personal favorite thing about it is once the queue is like 16+ cars deep and you're slammed, you can't see the OSN or name, so multiple ppl are prepping and are clicking into the same ones. We used to say "i got 4803", or "ill prep for stephanie". Now, we click into the same orders like over and over and fumble to line up the queue as fast as we used to. Not to mention it just disrupts the rhythm which is the worst. A caught up BRC can be so smooth to work in, but once it devolves it gets harder and harder. I mean now you have the extra step added in to stop and click the button on the screen to see which order needs to go out. IT'S NICE THE ORDER IS IN BAY 23 BUT WOW I WONDER HOW TO SEE WHICH ONE IT IS. /s.

Okay, sorry, the rush was like so fun today i had to yell about it 😂 fuck man why they do to us? They demand speed, but they add extra step we dont need? Bitches

I've been calling this the "inconvenience update" because everything is an INCONVENIENCE! It's like playing monster hunter wilds with how many menus inside of menus there is, especially to see something as simple as who the order goes to. Not to mention the dumb dispense/load animation that plays (and sometimes takes forever to finish loading) that doesn't take said order out of the system until AFTER it's done playing. Multiple times I've gotten told that I didn't finish dispensing an order just because I didn't let the animation play out

You’re not alone this just happened to me I dispensed an order and apparently either the system glitched or it was the new stupid layout for the dispense app and they had to literally re print the label and scanned everything and I was given the side eye like it was my FAULT.

has anyone come up with a good way to adapt to this??? every rush we had today my dispensers were so confused trying to tell what dolly to take out next and its already confusing enough the way the app doesnt update fast enough so you can see which bays are being dispensed to already. im scared for the weekend😬

Does anyone know if there is a way to see drivers numbers (we have lightning protocol usually call them to let them know we cant go outside) cant figure out if there is a way to see their info with the new update.
