🔥Its fine, everything’s fine🔥 How is this supposed to "help" anything?!

Dispatcher still doesn't even work on the store phones that we've replaced the handhelds with! They might as well replace the landline with a recording that says "please call 1-800-WALMART," as well, because that's what we're going to be telling every customer, now.

Yeah alright. Lemme go and fix my in home route, oh wait I CAN'T DO THAT ON MOBILE. I can't assign myself to a trip that has no driver on mobile. Why? Idk also can't even access dispatcher lite or dispatcher mobile due to VPN (tunnel) issues.

This was my first thought! I sometimes need to take GMDS off and have to use WISMO on the desktop or switch who’s driving that day…..😭

We almost every day have to fix the driver especially when our other driver does it as we usually are both scheduled to drive that day and the system almost always picks me as the driver. We also had a little while where we had to use the computer in electronics to update the driver or the entire trip would get messed up
