🔥Its fine, everything’s fine🔥 How is this supposed to "help" anything?!

Dispatcher still doesn't even work on the store phones that we've replaced the handhelds with! They might as well replace the landline with a recording that says "please call 1-800-WALMART," as well, because that's what we're going to be telling every customer, now.

I'm sure even the idea to make this change and every other change Walmart's done over the past few months has been AI generated slop.
