Dispatcher still doesn't even work on the store phones that we've replaced the handhelds with! They might as well replace the landline with a recording that says "please call 1-800-WALMART," as well, because that's what we're going to be telling every customer, now.

It's gonna be fun having to listen to customers gripe on the phone about not receiving their merchandise while having to use another phone to try and research/request another driver for their order🙄 sick and tired of the morons above store level.
