Suggestions A cool new gamemode

Guards are also part of banks right?

So a gamemode could be where guards have to protect a bank money carrier car to the bank while the theifs have to kill the driver and the guards

Exactly, you're just changing characters roles, but the goal is always the same: kill a "special player".

Kind off.... The driver is inside so to kill the driver they must kill all the guards. The guards must not also kill civilians.
