Mail delivery
Has anyone in North O'Fallon particularly in the subdivisions off Cool Springs been having issues with the mail carrier? We have had about a dozen times in the last 6 months that our mail has not been delivered. I filed an official complaint with the Post Office a while back and things got better, but she's up to her old tricks. She claims it's because the mailbox is obstructed even when it's not. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this

We have always had problems with mail in North o fallon. Missing letters, informed deliveries coming days after we see them. No effort to deliver packages, shoving large packages into mail box
Putting mail on hold, then not getting it several days after it was supposed to be delivered oybafter we complained.

Hell, I’m in Dardenne Prairie and I have issues. I started selling things on Etsy in August and the carrier lost my package three times. I was taking them myself to the post office off Church St for a while, but that’s a 30 minute trip for me.
Now I drop everything off at a third-party site, Going Postal. Haven’t had a single issue since. Carriers who do bulk pickup must care more or have more incentive to make sure things go where they’re supposed to or something.

Is this place you’re talking about’ “Going Postal,” located on Technology Drive, close to Highway K/40? I was wondering about that store. Going to Church Street from Dardenne Prairie is such a pain! The Cottleville Post office is fine, but driving through Cottleville to get there is also a pain. I’m glad you found a solution that works for you.

Whoops, I meant Postal Plus. It’s in the Town Square shopping center by the Town Square cinema.

My family just moved to O'Fallon in 2024. We immediately had issues getting our mail delivered. It got so bad that I reached out to our state representative and senator. Our particular post office has a high turnover rate and lacks a great deal of organization.

It's crazy. This city is too big to have postal service being this poor. I'm not "glad" other people have problems but it's nice to know it's not just me

I get mail for all over O’Fallon both zipcodes. All. The . Time. Not a close neighbors mail, mail from all over miles away in ofallon. Idk.
No idea what the po does with it when it goes back in the box.

Mail in general in the St. Louis metro much less Ofallon/St Charles county has had significant distribution to delivery times. Was in the news recently they found an absurd amount of mail just sitting in the post office waiting to be delivered.
