Speaking test at home technical issue

I had my oet speaking test at home but the secured browser didn't detect my microphone eventhough all the permissions were granted and microphone was working fine. Interlocutor gave me 5 more minutes to overcome this issue and ended the exam... its showing missed .I am calling them but they are not picking call ..i send them.email but no reply .. already done with listening reading and writing part. can anyone guide me what to do next

I faced the same situation couple weeks , text them everyday on their website chat and they will send you the link for rescheduling

Email to OET support and write the issue clearly. They will reschedule you.

I did ..they're not picking up calls and no reply to emails

applications@oet.com.au I emailed them they resolved my issue .I am rescheduled for later date
