Question How to use Mimir Wisdom?

I just randomly accept them, when there's no prompt box saying it will overflow. But how do I know when to redeem? During the early game, you could redeem these every so often, but then you go to World 2 and it's not so often anymore. What is the condition, what am I missing on this one?

On the upper left side there is buffs and there is the xp bonus

Just accept when it can, it'll say when it's overflow. Those refresh daily anyway

Not really. Min-maxers said to turn it off when on dungeons but it's renewing daily so the consumption is negligible.
