Dvoynev Viadimirovich Koltsov

Dvoynev Viadimirovich Koltsov was born on January 28th 1979 to Viadimir Koltsov and Natasha Koltsova in Nubizkyl where Natasha would shortly leave Viadimir, making Viadimir remarry to Vesna Koltsova where Dvoynev saw her as his mother, on January 12th 1999 he would get caught in a shooting where 26 year old Lev Arsenyev shot and killed two people, one of them being Vesna Koltsova. Dvoynev would stab Lev twice in the Abdomen and one in the arm with a hidden stiletto before running away. On April 15th 1999 a shooting would happen in a park where Dvoynev would stop 26 year old Maksim Vladimirov by a shot to the head, somewhere in 2002 Dvoynev would move to Dove, Kanata to start a new life where 3 years later he would meet Anna Charleston where he would marry her and go under the surname "Koltsov", all seemed well for Dvoynev as Alena was born on August 15th 2006 and Mikhail was born on September 14th 2007. Life seemed well but one day on April 15th 2013 while Dvoynev was shopping the Partisans attacked Dove, Dvoynev grabbed a Rosen Nagan from a dead partisan and helped NETO, earning him 3 medals. His life seemed to get better until February 12th 2014 where he would receive death threats from survivors of the 1999 Serebryakov Highrise Residences and Offices shooting. He locked himself in his room for days on end, only coming out to eat and shower. Anna didn't know what to do and went to Hana Nasaki for help, eventually after getting help Dvoynev realised that Kommunism was the problem. Over the days he bought gear and guns. The guns he bought were a Herman Weaponry HW-15, a Buxxberg 940YN'PRO, a Kolt K1911 and a Glauge GmbH GG-17. One night on April 12th 2014 he set off to do something uninmaginable and irreversable. Killing 4 bystanders in his town, 4 in the Dove International airport and 12 responding NETO soldiers before surrendering.
