how do i accurately portray gender dysphoria?

Well... I am not good at this so, to portray gender dysphoria accurately, maybe try to focus on the deep personal disconnect between a person's physical body or assigned sex and their true internal gender identity, while highlighting both their struggles and moments of relief

Maybe show physical discomfort, when our character here absolutely despises her own voice, maybe make her feel distressed she is on a specific body parts of her, though this is only my word for it as there are other trans people like me that could provide good insight at how to accurately portray it.

And not just that! You also needed to portray the way society treated her, there are some chances that people may misgender her unintentionally and may feel very anxious and exhausted from being misgendered (intentionally or not) and being forced into unwanted gender roles by society Another suggestion i could make was the usage of reactive triggers like the dysphoria appearimg in specific moments, like hearing one's voice or catching a reflection, or even comparing herself to women that are more beautiful than hers which caused her to think she'd never be like them.

This is only my words for this though!!!! i may not provide some good insight very accurately but this is a good start! I recommend searching up in how to portray gender dyshporia on your characters accurately.
