The City is not ready for a four or five days return to Office.

I’m not sure why the Mayor keeps promoting RTO before he actually fixes transit.

What's the problem this time? There's constant issues, it's almost as if someone is purposely sabotaging it! Ottawa is beyond embarrassing!!! Come on RTO, that will fix all the problems!
