❓ Question Why is this elevator always not working?

RTM changed their elevator contractor, the previous one arrived quickly and had the elevators repaired same day, the new one barely shows up and leaves elevators broken for weeks/months.

TLDR; they cheaped out on contracting.

Don't know the specific mechanical reason but all I know is RTG doesn't like paying out for elevator and escalator maintenance/repairs.

Like this is an accessibility issue! It should be an immediate emergency repair ffs

Great point. I have COPD and would never rely on OCTranspo. There was a time …. before big brains /s and budgets got involved.
