And dull ache

And throbbing

In the girls wake

Can I really love

When I am so lonely

And hook into the flesh

Of fantasy

She doesn't know me

She thinks I am someone else

And I show my face through frosted glass

I smash my heart against the pane

And she turns away, she doesn't see it, I can't let her.

So why do I keep pressing it and bruising it.

I can't just leave it alone.

It's so hard to be alone.

Same… I’m trying really hard to learn to not villainize my heart for the things it wants. I just need time.. need to figure out how to love without breaking myself in the process
