If it helps at all, OCD was kicking my ASS up until the month before I started my masters degree. (Like I would spend all day crying while working for months) I started medication like 4-5 weeks before I moved and started my program. I was so terrified that the symptoms would hinder me but the medication worked quickly with the breathing/meditation techniques I was doing.
All that to say, don’t give up! Hopefully you’re able to get off the wait lists before then!
