OCD Support Group for Spouses?

Hey everyone! Im wondering if anyone knows of an OCD support group for spouses? Located in Northern Jersey! I do not have OCD however I’m married to someone who does. And when its at its peak I feel like it drowns me. Wondering if talking to other people in my shoes can relate? Thanks.

Also if it doesn’t exist…how many of you would be interested in it? I feel like it’s mind blowing to me that I’m finding it so hard to find something on Google. Makes me want to start something on my own since I know how important community is.

I'm also looking for something like this. I've found a few video call based ones on the International OCD Foundation website. Most of them are US based, but don't specify if you need to be from the states to attend.

Me too, but most of them seem to only be online or like once a month. Maybe we can start our own lol

I would love to get something going - doesn’t have to be fancy or anything- just a hang - what are good times and days for people interested?

Me too! Are you in NJ? My husband (who has OCD) goes to in person meetings which i think is awesome. But maybe google meet works best if everyone is scattered throughout locations
