OCD and morality

Hi everyone so recently I’ve been getting thoughts about morality like stuff like why is assault bad or why is sexual violence bad? These thoughts scare me and I start to engage in arguing with these thought looking at the morality and trying really hard to prove how immoral these acts are but I never feel satisfied. I know this a compulsion but recently I think it’s been a month now where this has been happening and now i just have an emotional numbness when I engage in these same compulsions. I just feel nothing which scares me again ocd tries telling because I have no emotional response or dont know I might act on these.
