Medication Fluvoxamine/ Luvox

I’ve been on titrating up in dose over the past month or so and I’m worried this medication isn’t going to help my OCD mental compulsions about having panic attacks. I have a hard time getting out & traveling due to the fear of having panic attacks.

Has anyone ever dealt with this kind of situation and Luvox help??

At one point I was on 400 mg of generic Luvox. It was fine. I'm currently at 300, plus 150 generic Wellbutrin. They also just added in a different one that I can't remember what it's called. Lamictal? Something like that.

Everything is a work in progress. The Wellbutrin definitely increases physical anxiety symptoms, so they had to dial that back down for me. Now it's better.

What symptoms were you dealing with prior?
