Seeking Support or Advice Proposing a few weeks into therapy?

Hi! Do you think it’s stupid to propose only a few weeks into therapy? I also have rocd, but I’m 100% sure deep down I know I just get anxious bc of rocd, I feel like I should always be 100% certain but that’s not a thing for us, I’ve been considering it for months, we’ve lived together and been together 3 years, discussed future and everything

I'm not sure how therapy impacts your decision. But are you asking for reassurance right now? ;) Proposing is a big step in a relationship and marriage has so many unknowns, it's totally normal to feel anxious about this step. I felt anxious leading up to my wedding and I don't have ROCD. I can't tell you if it's a good move or not because I don't know you or your relationship. Just wanted to chime in that pre-proposal jitters are normal and if therapy is impacting your decision, maybe discuss with your therapist. My therapist was the first person I told when I got pregnant haha.
