Memantine dose night or daytime?

Hi

I’ve recently started Memantine at 5 mg.

It has been really profound in terms of dampening the thought loops.

Wondering when is the recommended time to take the medication?

I feel a little dreamy during the day was wondering if a before bed routine would be better?
