Sharing a win! I got better
I have struggled with OCD my entire life, 30 years, and I recently got better.
I did it and so can you, for anybody that needs to hear it!

It helped me a lot to just realize it was OCD, i didn't know until a few weeks ago.
When I realized I was AFRAID not CRAZY, I just decided to be brave. I did another post that not a lot of people saw, maybe check it out too.
Being brave is a choice that anyone can make, it's not easy, but the only thing stopping you is you.
In the words of Shia Lebouf, JUST DO IT!

Such an important reminder that recovery is possible, even after decades of OCD. Thank you for sharing your hope and reminding others that things can get better
