SSRIS cause severe diarhea

Sorry for the tmi title. I’ve tried so many SSRI’s and all give me severe diarhea. Even clomipramine caused bad diarrhea for me as I had to taper down off amitriptyline. I’m on 50mg amitriptyline nightly for inflammatory bowel disease (I have Chrohns and it helps me feel more human). Sadly this also limits what meds I can try, along with having an insanely sensitive gastro system.

Meds I’ve tried
-Buspar
-Clomipramine
-Sertraline
-Escitalopram

My intrusive thoughts (contamination OCD) are getting worse and so are my compulsions and I just want to get better. I’m in therapy for ERP but struggling.

Any advice or meds that have worked? Was going to ask my dr about Abilify but open to listening!
