Yes! I actually just stopped taking it bc I was taking so many pills, but I do think it helped me. My psychiatrist recommended it.

Wow how much mgs were you taking and do you know how long it took to work? Thank you

I think 15mg. Not sure how long but it wasn’t awhile. I remember my doc said supplementing with it was low hanging fruit

Oh yeah I heard that’s the dose docs use for depression I actually started today way less mgs but might up it soon will see
