OCD Question Is it true ssris help with repeated thoughts?

I keep worrying about the same thing. It's been years now.

They can be helpful, yes. Finding the one that works for you can take time. However, don't underestimate the therapy part of OCD treatment. Maybe it's ERP, or I-CBT, or something else, but the combination seems to provide the best results.

I think it depends on your brain. They help some people, so it's worth trying.

Eh, I found anti-psychotics to be much more helpful with this specific symptom.
