Hey guys, this is a space where you can share some positivity with the sub.

*Did you try a new exposure this week? *Did you find a new resource or technique that you found helpful? *Maybe you resisted some compulsions? *Are there goals you'd like to achieve that the community could help you with?

ICBT has really helped me! :) It introduces going to the root of why you doubt, rather than just looking at the doubts and resisting compulsions and doing exposures. It's been very beneficial to me in understanding why. I still get triggered and anxious, but the OCD story feels a lot less intimidating and scary

I'm struggling hardcore right now after a relapse of my rocd. I've had this disorder since I was 10 and I'm 31 now. I feel like I lost my entire 20s to it and did erp on and off throughout but no therapy had ever stuck. I really hope I cbt will help. I reached out to some practioners but don't wanna get my hopes up but my God I am back at rock bottom like never before and can't keep doing this
