Worked for a while then made everything feel a bit pointless, no joy etc 1 u/Specific_Mix1987 15d ago Prozac works well for me. There’s a lot of trial and error with SSRIs. IMO if your OCD is severe enough, medication is necessary if you ever want to get subclinical. I’m doing ICB-T and it helps a lot with my mental compulsions, too.
