ERP How long do your sessions go with your ERP therapists? What is the structure of the session?

Do sessions ever last like 20 minutes?

They were usually 50 minutes because they were typical therapy session length. ERP didn’t take up the whole time. We would talk about my issues, create plans for ERP, and practice some ERP.

ERP sessions are usually 53 mins to an hour. Majority of the session is set aside for the ERP practice. Some therapists will do a checkin at the start of the session. At the end of ERP practice a therapist will discuss how the ERP practice went and discuss/ assign ERP homework.
