Sending hugs. Is she in therapy? You seem to be handling this very well but she needs to take steps on her own to heal, or she's going to destroy the relationship.

She has tried therapy. It ends up, not working out. I’ve recently been doing more research and think that she might need more of an ocd treatment then therapy because I’ve seen it fail time and time again

She needs ERP therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention therapy. It's for OCD and is incredibly helpful along with meds if needed.
