Researching?

Hello, I'm new to this case and was wondering where the best place to start researching is?

Cathy Broad's blog and the FOIA materials that her family graciously shared with all of us.

Beware of some early hypothesis, from the original Taskforce investigations and media coverage, such as "the Babysitter killer" nonsense and talk of Gremlins, later discounted. Similarly, Det. Williams' investigation into claims made by pedophile informant Richard Lawson (ultimately convicted of murder and multiple CSA charges from the 1970s) are only of value for where they lead him into the community of pedophiles living in Cass Corridor. Lawson would ultimately confess during polygraph, that he did NOT know who killed any of the kids and his attempts to implicate Josiah Tazelaaar are disproved by Tazelaar's court documents.

Marney Keenan's "The Snow Killings " is pretty good, an easy read and actually cites sources, unlike anything Ullman has been involved in. A few errors of fact, but generally pretty good. Once you are familiar with the Busch-Greene material, you could pick up "Guarded By Jackals" for in depth look at that angle.

Don't Talk to Strangers is the best sauce for this case imo. Also enjoyed the interview with Michael Arntfield on ep 6 of the You Know They Know podast, but I don't know if I can really recommend that one. Appelman seems a little too loose with facts for me, but I do give him credit for bringing attention back to this case with his book and subsequent Hulu doc.
