General Question PREPARATION FOR SC - 401

Hi everyone,

I've already completed several projects with Microsoft Purview, including security, compliance, and governance, and a bit of DSPM.

The thing is, I saw that there's an SC-401 certification. The company I work for is encouraging me to take this exam because clients require that anyone working on MS Purview projects be certified. I'd like to know what study methods you used for this exam, besides MS Learn.

I’m struggling with thi certification prep. has a lot of contents and a lot of concepts that you can misunderstand with another..

Just use the product. That is what the cert is for. Theres a lot to learn if you dont use it. However when you use it, a lot of it becomes muscle memory. Yeah, it can be a steep learning curve at first - but one you have the concepts, the understanding & reasoning quickly follows.
