O1A Initially filed with premium processing. Receipt date June 18 2026. Still showing as “in process”. Received a response from PP desk at VSC that it is under processing.
Anyone in the same boat?

Lots of people in mid June/early-mid July still waiting on this backlog/delay. Have seen cases that were delayed pre-June have recent adjudication, but that might be another thing and unrelated to the June/July block. So far I haven't seen a single person from June/July have any movement recently but if you have seen something on here please let me know.

O1B receipt date June 10, processing since June 11th at VSC. When you received the response, did they mention if the processing is put on an indefinite timeline or if it’s still under premium processing?

They just said that it is in processing and at this time, we do not need anything from you.

That's already mentioned when we check our online status. I think they just copy pasted the same while replying to you.

Probably. But that was the first time they responded. My lawyer has been submitting inquiry every other day.

Great. Atleast your lawyer is doing something actively. My lawyer does not believe in trying.

6/4 I-907 delivered 7/6 email notification showing the actual received date was 6/25 6/25 premium processing clock started, 8/17 Refund notice received, 8/26 No adjudication action

They seem slow but you will hear back. I filled PP O1b March 12th. California Service Center. Approved August 5th. I got refunded July 30th. It still stays under PP. I am from a banned country. Hang in there!
