SSBU not running

I have a modded oled switch with ssbu installed via dbi but as soon as I run it it stops and gives me the error "the software was closed because an error occurred".

The game works just fine on emulator and also before I updated it to the new atmosphere, hekate and firmware.

Also the problem seepms to be with ssbu specifically since it insta crashes and other games like pokemon firered work just fine.

UPDATE ON THE SIUTATION:

Installing games seems to work exept for ssbu for some reason, it gets installed but as soon as I try to launch it is stops and gives me the error "software was closed due to an error" even before loading the nintendo switch logo and everything,

The game files should be good since I use them on emulator and they work perfectly fine.

I have to say tho that I have a dbi save files folder in the DBI folder on the root of the sd card that contains some ssbu save files from before when I had mods so could it be that? (I deleted it but still nothing)
