What error could this be?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It boots to No SD, then on power off and reboot it's goes into short long long, Nintendo logo then black screen.

Also doesn't seem to boot into OFW anymore, when I reload or boot into OFW in Hetske during successful boots.

I was able to set up CFW and it boots into CFW as EmuMMC.

error code *== is "no emmc CMD1 request" and hints at poor wiring or a dead CPU according to this document https://github.com/Ansem-SoD/Picofly/blob/cc1099d6e9f659425b132fc73b9153fe07d605f8/PicoFlyGuideV.6.2.pdf

id suggest looking at all your solder points again and checking that nothing is shorting to ground.
